The blessed winter rains are already with us with all its strength and together we bless every drop.

As you recall, four years ago we established a special tent for IDF soldiers and members of the security forces serving in the area. The tent has sleeping accommodation, kitchenette, fridge and air conditioner. Thanks to you, we can hug the soldiers, give them a place to sleep and relax in the stormy rain days and during the heat in the summer, pamper them with a cup of coffee, pastry, fruit, snacks and more, embrace them and express our thanks for their activities to protect us all.

Over the past four years, thousands of combat soldiers have passed through our tent, and everyone of them is grateful for the warm and lively connection between  the residents and the security forces.

Now, four years after and with the onset of a stormy winter, rain and cold and maybe even snow, the tent needs to be strengthened, repaired and renovated. Winds and weather conditions tore the material, the season’s change left hard sketches on the tent’s foam, the roof leaking and dripping, and more. See attached pictures

In order to continue the wonderful operation of all of us we are embarking on a quick fund-raiser in the hope of renovating  the tent in a short time for the welfare of the soldiers, who are like our sons.

The necessary repairs are currently estimated at NIS 20,000 ($5500) As in the past you were a loyal partner in previous operations, this time too, we are convinced that together we will reach this sum and carry out the repairs immediately.
