resident and founder of Tekoa
who has dealt with the establishment of dozens of communities and populating them and is part of the struggle for a Jewish Shdema

Shdema: A military camp, located between Har-Homa and Tekoa; was abandoned in 2006 by the IDF; between 2008-2010 activists fought for the restoration of a Jewish presence at the site; on the eve of Pessach of 2010 the IDF returned to Shdema
