Issue no. 5 of the Sovereignty Journal is published today: Do not divide the land under an economic pretense

Head of Knesset Edelstein, Minister Naftali Bennett, Atty. Dafna Netanyahu, Prof. Eliav Shochetman and other important figures are represented in issue no. 5 of Sovereignty. A special issue for the elections – restores the discourse to the essential matter of the existence of the country.
With the approaching elections, the Women in Green movement publishes issue no. 5 of the Sovereignty Journal, which, like its predecessors, returns Israeli discourse to the vision of Israeli sovereignty over the territories of Judea and Samaria as the Israeli Right’s realistic alternative.
In the new issue, which is distributed in one hundred thousand copies in Hebrew and English, there are interviews with the head of Knesset Yuli Edelstein, Economic Minister Naftali Bennett, Deputy Minister MK Ofir Akunis, the head of Palestinian Media Watch Itamar Marcus, Prof. Moshe Ahrens, Prof. Eliav Shochetman and others. There are also articles by Atty. Dafna Netanyahu, journalist Caroline Glick and more.
The Hebrew version is attached. The English version will be ready in a few days.
The heads of Women in Green, Yehudit Katsover and Nadia Matar, stress the importance of publishing the issue especially these days, in the days of the final stretch before the elections, when it seems that the public is engrossed by social, economic matters, while behind these matters hides the open attempt by the Left at regime change, in order to speed up the political process toward establishing a Palestinian terror state in the heart of the Land of Israel.
The two women emphasize that on the day after the elections Israel is expected to be subjected to a political blitz from the White House headed by a president who will no longer need to please the American voter. “As of now, the White House has been working hard to hide as much as possible the plans that are under consideration until the day after the elections and they are careful not to attack the Israeli Right, since they understand that this would cause an increase of support for this camp, but after the ballots have been counted, the political pressure cooker is expected to burst”.
“In the new issue of Sovereignty we hope to intensify the call to strengthen the national camp at this critical political juncture; to strengthen those who carry the banner of battle against a nuclear Iran; to strengthen those who are leading the battle against the idea of dividing the Land and establishing a terror state in its heart; and to strengthen those who are leading the camp that is restoring the People of Israel to Zionist values, to settlement and to security” in the words of Katsover and Matar.
As it is written on the cover page of the new issue: As we stand there, alone in the voting booth with the envelope, we will not be thinking about the price of Milky pudding in Berlin,or about the recycling of the bottles or garden furniture. As we stand there we will think of our beloved Land of Israel
In this new issue:
Economic Minister Naftali Bennett:
“A Palestinian state would collapse the Israeli economy. Ben Gurion Airport would be paralyzed, there would be no tourism, there would be no commerce, we would return to the economic collapse of the days of the second intifada and they would run away from here. The Left thinks that the economy would flourish if there would be peace here, but this is simply not true… Annexation of Judea and Samaria is not a distant vision, but something practical that is possible to achieve with enough political and public power. We must really believe in it”.

Head of Knesset, Yuli Edelstein:
“Diplomats and journalists of the world that I meet accept the discussion of an alternative to the Oslo theory. Even if they do not change their positions, they understand that this is a legitimate stance. I present the practical argument that proves to them that the idea of two states is no longer relevant. I explain to them that the time has come to try something else. Up until now we have tried to short-cut the Oslo process, with the Disengagement and other steps. It did not work. Let’s try another way”.
Prof. Moshe Arens:
“Relations between Israel and the United States are founded on both countries’ sets of interests. The ties between the two countries are useful to both of them. No country would harm relations that it thinks useful. Therefore I am sure that Netanyahu’s speech in Congress cannot harm these interests. Anyone who is worried can be assured… Unfortunately many Israelis express themselves on the subject of relations with the United States without understanding the United States and the way positions are formulated there and without understanding the true essence of the relations, or they prefer to hide this so that they can place blame on our prime minister. It is a mixture of lack of understanding and political motives”.
Prof. Eliav Shochetman:
“There is absolutely no basis for determining that any other body on Earth should have sovereignty over the western Land of Israel other than the Jewish People. This is how it is according to international law. Regarding international law it has always been this way and nothing has changed. So with international law on our side, why do they talk about security? ”.
Atty. Dafna Netanyahu:
There is, today, in Judea, Samaria and Gaza actually a sort of state in an embryonic stage. How does this embryonic state created by Arafat-Abu-Mazen-Hamas appear? …a state free of Jews… the Palestinian embryo is characterized by corruption… The amounts of money that flow in are channeled into acquiring and creating means of destruction and developing martyrs… the worst kind of anti-Semitic brainwashing is carried out upon the residents. Hamas’ and the PA’s principle goal is one thing: the destruction of the State of Israel, killing the Jews that are in it, and aided by the Muslim territorial contiguity that would be created from Iran to the Mediterranean Sea – turning it into a bridgehead of the Arab nation’s and Islam’s attack on the Western world. One need not be a prophet in order to know what a monster would be born from the Palestinian “embryonic state” in Judea and Samaria.”
