This FRIDAY- TOUR IN HEBRON

Three places the nations of the world cannot say to Israel “you have stolen them” and they are: The tomb of the Machpela, the burial place of Joseph and the Temple Mount” (Berieshit rabba)

A month ago we visited Joseph’s Tomb.

This coming Friday, February 11th,2011 at 9:00 am we will please G-d visit the Tomb of the Machpela with Arieh Klein as our tour guide (in Hebrew) , Arieh being an expert in the topic of Hebron.

We will also visit the “Stakes in Hebron’ exhibition at the Machpela Visitors Center and see at the historical pictures of Gershon Ellinson who documented the Jewish return to Hebron after 1967.

In addition, we asked to be allowed to walk in the “small Kasbah”- the “Crusaders neighborhood” close to the Meara, area renovated by the Palestinian Authority with the help of international organizations. We still have not received a final ok to enter the neighborhood.

Our next trip will please G-d be to the Temple Mount on Friday March 9th. A flyer detailing all halachic rulings will be sent to all those who register.
