Dear friends,

The Oz veGaon reserve continues to be a focal point for bustling and vibrant life for children, youth and adults, civilians and members of security forces from all parts of the Land.

We are delighted and excited to update you on a few of the latest activities:

Yesterday we were privileged with a visit by 1000 pupils from the Zvia school Network from throughout the Land. This is the third year in a row that the pupils from that network have come to us in the reserve to participate in a day full of  Zionist activity. The educational team used the entire area of the preserve, dividing the students into groups for challenging and educational activities. It was moving to see the children and youths so happy and jubilant, adding life and joy to this meaningful place.

While the children were busy with their activities, there was, as there is every Sunday and Tuesday, a morning of study in the Beit Midrash , attended by about 70 women, to learn and delve into the Torah.

The day before, dozens of students from the Amit Shiloh network came to the preserve while at the same time dozens of reservists were holding a seminar. In the beginning of the week some 50 girls from Ulpanat Kfar Pines came for a talk on Judaism, Zionism and heritage. The girls also took part in the agricultural activity and building the terraces at the preserve. Then came the girls from Midreshet Kfar Tapuah for a lecture, and on Rosh Hodesh itself, there was a moving prayer service in the Zionist Library.

As mentioned, the preserve is bustling with life, thank Heaven. We have attached a few pictures from events of recent days.

 Thanks to you, the place can accommodate a large number of visitors and everyone has room and shade. Thanks to you, it is fun and convenient to organize important and unique educational and Zionist activities here. All of this and more is happening because thanks to you, there is water, lavatories, neat paths, organized areas for seating with wooden KKL-JNF tables and more.

Thanks to you, there are areas here that are truly beautiful: the trees, the flowers, the benches that “sing” songs of the Land of Israel, the Zionist library, playground equipment for kids, the synagogue, a coffee corner for our soldiers, and all of this in addition to the value of being a place to memorialize the three youths.

Dear partners, supporters and donors, without you, none of this would have happened, and together with you, please G-d, the momentum of activity in the preserve will continue with even more energy.
